Today I got my first vegetable delivery through the earth spring farm csa.
I’m so excited to experiment with new, fresh vegetables every week through October! What you see here is half of a delivery as I’m splitting with a friend. There is lake, swiss card, lettuce, fennel and red onions. My friend took the head of cabbage.
They are so pretty!
